CRgolfstore Return Policy

A CRgolfstore representative must authorize all returns. For authorization please call . At the time of authorization you will be issued a Return Authorization Number. This number must accompany your return. When returning any item, please include in the package: your name, address, phone number and the Return Authorization Number. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping merchandise back to
CRgolfstore. The only exception to this is if the warehouse incorrectly picked the order.
CRgolfstore will pay for return shipping to customers on items that are covered by warranty or orders that were not filled correctly. Items returned that have not been used are subject to a 10 percent restocking fee, unless the item was sent to a customer in error. Returns are not allowed for custom assembled clubs except as covered by our warranty policy.

CRgolfstore Warranty Information
|
All CRgolfstore merchandise is covered by a lifetime warranty against breakage under normal playing conditions. Any driver that dents due to a ball being struck outside the face will not be covered by warranty. Dents on the sole or on top of the club are not covered. Normal wear from play is not covered.
- If possible avoid hitting graphite shafted clubs off of driving range mats.
- SMT drivers are covered by a lifetime warranty with no questions asked.

Shortages/Damaged Shipments
|
|
If your shipment arrives and any items are damaged, save the package and packing material and contact our sales staff immediately. Our staff will provide you with the necessary information to ensure that your claim is handled quickly and effectively.

CRgolfstore Shipping Policy
|
CRgolfstores primary method of ground shipment within the Continental United States is FedEx.
FedEx is used for any type of Air Shipment.
US Priority Mail is also available at request
Shipping, handling and insurance are applied to all orders placed with
CRgolfstore.
International Customers:
Please note that due to FedEx charging CRgolfstore additional shipping after the package leaves our facility you may be asked to pay the additional amount incurred due to extended areas in your country. If this occurs with your order you will be contacted before any additional amount is charged. Please also note that international customers are responsible for all duties and taxes.
Things to Remember
- Assembled orders usually ship from CRgolfstore within 7 business days.
- Component orders placed before 2:00 pm Eastern time will be shipped the same business day provided all ordered products are avaiable.
- If placing an Internet order on the weekend, the order will not be processed until the following business day.
- When possible, use our website www.CRgolfstoregolf.com It is always the most current source for new products and club specifications.
- All prices and products are subject to change without notice.
- Irons are sold in sets of 3-PW. They cannot be broken up. In some cases we will have an extra box of 5 or 7 irons that can be purchased as demos.
